However, some people seem to like what I've been doing as, besides the festival appearances, I have two American recordings under my name. I recorded two albums for the Californian label Pianomania: a cassette entitled What's Your Price? in 1994 and a CD in 1997 called Wild Romantic Blues. On these recordings, besides doing solo piano work, I play violin-piano duos with myself. You can listen to two songs from the latter album below. I occasionally play solo ragtime piano gigs since the foundation of the Bohém Ragtime Jazz Band and I have also composed ragtime tunes. As a soloist I have played at a few North American festivals (Boulder, Sacramento, Sedalia, Montreal) and also in England (Bude) but I don't think I am a ragtime pianist but I look at myself rather as a violin player who incidentally plays some piano, including a little ragtime, too.
